Bryson gets Phil’s opinion on his new wedge lofts 👀
I have this new Grind that I just built I want to get your approval on it actually what do you think about that type of grind so here’s the interesting thing about wedges is that the amount everybody says how much bounce do you have well it it really doesn’t matter the bounce to me just is relative to how you want to set up this doesn’t have a ton of Bounce no wide though it’s really wide yeah so it’ll Glide M you can open it up and and the interesting thing about wedges again is that every Club in your bag that you set up with you set up straight so the initial bounce right behind the wedge is what’s important but you lay a wedge open like a 60° that is actually irrelevant and then it’s the degree in the back of the bounce when you lay it flat that is interacting with the sound the sand and the ground that’s what’s most important so I’m looking at that like I’m not I’m looking at the last half and what do you think about that it’s pretty low think it’s about 28 to 32° deflection which is about what you want to Glide underneath the sand it’s that fine balance stuff that you’ve learned over your career that’s why I try to get tid bits of information out of you man I mean it must be nice to have spoonfed to you

Cmon Phil is great that was too funny and i am sure he does argue with himself all the time lol
Love these two but 35 years of golfing, was once a 4 index and I don’t think I understood any of that.
