One week after a thrilling U.S. Open, the PGA TOUR heads to Connecticut for the Travelers Championship at TPC River Highlands. This is the final Signature Event of the 2024 PGA TOUR regular season. Keegan Bradley returns this week to defend his title after setting the tournament scoring record of 23-under par last year. He’s claimed two runner-up finishes this season at the Sony Open in Hawaii and Charles Schwab Challenge three weeks ago. World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler will also be in action and looks to bounce back from his T41 finish at the U.S. Open last week. From the final round of the Memorial Tournament presented by Workday and into the U.S. Open was Scheffler’s first time shooting five straight over-par rounds. Scheffler will look to claim another victory this week, as he has already won five times this season and finished T4 here at the Travelers last year. PGA Championship winner Xander Schauffele will also tee it up in Connecticut this week. The World No. 2 has 11 top-10 finishes in 15 events this season, including a T7 at the U.S. Open last week. Others to look out for this week include Collin Morikawa, Tony Finau, Ludvig Åberg and Hideki Matsuyama.

I really don't get the obsession with this guy…what? 6 wins in a 12 year career. Average player at best. T20 today.

When you degrade a course you degrade the golfer. Looks like miniature golf. Signature event? Hardly.

@Turnkey_BM June 23, 2024 - 8:39 pm

Scharff already did it twice.

Cool Ricki

Not many things better than tap in eagles.

"I expected a lot more of that". Yeah, why not, it's only a 4" target sitting 3 football fields away and you're trying to smack an inch and a half ball with a long metal pole and a medal head attached to it. Can hardly see why there weren't a bunch of hole-in-ones. I'm dumfounded.

2015's very own Rickie Fowler!

Nice to know about this issue.

@Brett733 June 24, 2024 - 1:29 am

Where did that ball marker come from? I guess they were waving up people on this hole?

@hoveylu7231 June 24, 2024 - 2:36 am

Ricky playing a Mizuno ball and not Taylormade, interesting… 🤔

@klausengelmann9545 June 24, 2024 - 2:53 am

Congrats to scotty on his seventh win of the season.

I don't want to take anything away from what Rickie did — it's an amazing shot. But for these guys with their current equipment, 293 yards is effectively a par 3.

@cclemon3156 June 24, 2024 - 6:12 am

I really love to watch Ricky and volunteer said “wow” at the same time😁

@mh-ks9wm June 25, 2024 - 4:38 am

Whenever Rickie plays a wedge course he has a chance

@mrsirsdog June 25, 2024 - 5:20 pm

And that’s why he makes money golfing…and I don’t !

@drewhubbz2998 June 25, 2024 - 5:52 pm

Only Matt Sharff can ace a par 4

@carlroberts9585 June 25, 2024 - 6:08 pm

Don't get it, why was there ball markers on the green already! Pro golfers don't wave people through!!!
