2024年プレジデンツカップ 松山英樹の活躍を振り返る
6大会連続、6度目の出場を果たした日本のスター、松山英樹。悲願の勝利を誓い、大会に挑んだ。初日の苦戦を跳ね返し、大会2日目にイムとのペアで大会史上最多点差タイ記録で米国チームを圧倒。3日目は思うようなプレーができず苦しんだが、最終日、世界ナンバーワンのシェフラーとの1体1での勝負で18ホールに及ぶ激闘を制し、その強さを世界に知らしめた。インターナショナルチームは敗れたが、松山英樹の活躍は、この大会を忘れられないものにした。
